Event Services Plus
This is the enhanced version of our Professional Event Services. One Greater Giving consultant will offer pre-event consultation, as well as attend one fundraising event for your organization and provide the following services:
- Pre-Event: Discuss details of event up to a week prior to event date.
- Assist with Data Entry as needed.
- Arrive 6 hours prior to event registration for a logistics review.
- Perform Event Software check prior to event.
- Train volunteers/staff on using Auctionpay Terminals or Card Readers.
- Train volunteers/staff on the Event Software for the smoothest Check In and Checkout possible.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout your event.
- Stay at your event until Checkout.
- Print Reports as requested.
- Post Event: Discuss event results and offer suggestions for improvements (if requested).
