Troubleshooting Welcome Text Messages

If a guest does not receive their welcome text, follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the guest's mobile phone number in Go Time.
  2. Verify they have been checked in through Go Time (each attendee should have a green check mark next to their name).
  3. Re-send the welcome text through the Online Bidding Admin Panel (Go to View Registered Bidders and click the Re-send welcome text, the link below their name).
