Troubleshooting Welcome Text Messages

If a guest does not receive their welcome text, follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the guest's mobile phone number in Go Time.
  2. Verify they have been checked in through Go Time (each attendee should have a green check mark next to their name).
  3. Re-send the welcome text through the Bid Assistant tool in Go Time (Enter the guest’s name or bid number) and click the Re-send welcome Message. This will also re-send a welcome message via email if the option to send welcome messages has been enabled and the guest has an email address on file.
  4. Online Bidding Admin users can also resend texts via the Online Bidding Admin Panel (Go to View Registered Bidders and click the Re-send welcome textlink below their name).
