Troubleshooting Welcome Text Messages
If a guest does not receive their welcome text, follow the steps below:
- Verify the guest's mobile phone number in Go Time.
- Verify they have been checked in through Go Time (each attendee should have a green check mark next to their name).
- Re-send the welcome text through the Bid Assistant tool in Go Time (Enter the guest’s name or bid number) and click the Re-send welcome Message. This will also re-send a welcome message via email if the option to send welcome messages has been enabled and the guest has an email address on file.
- Online Bidding Admin users can also resend texts via the Online Bidding Admin Panel (Go to View Registered Bidders and click the Re-send welcome textlink below their name).
