Troubleshooting Welcome Text Messages

If a guest does not receive their welcome text, follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the guest's mobile phone number in Go Time.​ts_txt_1.png
  1. Verify they have been checked in through Go Time (each attendee should have a green check mark next to their name).
  2. Re-send the welcome text through the Go Time Bid Assistant areal (Go to Bid Assistant in Go Time and there will be a “Re-send welcome message” button under their name).
