Troubleshooting Welcome Text Messages
If a guest does not receive their welcome text, follow the steps below:
- Verify the guest's mobile phone number in Go Time.
- Verify they have been checked in through Go Time (each attendee should have a green check mark next to their name).
- Re-send the welcome text through the Online Bidding Admin Panel (Go to View Registered Bidders and click the Re-send welcome text, the link below their name).
