One Greater Giving consultant will attend one fundraising event for your organization and provide the following services:

  • Pre-Event: Discuss details of event up to a week prior of event date.
  • Assist with Data Entry as needed.
  • Arrive 2 hours prior to event registration.
  • Set up and test Auctionpay Terminals or Card Readers.
  • Train volunteers/staff on using Auctionpay Terminals or Card Readers.
  • Train volunteers/staff on the Event Software for the smoothest Check-in and Check-out possible.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout your event.
  • Stay at your event until Check-out.
  • Print Reports as requested.
  • Discuss event results and offer suggestions for improvements (if requested)
