Event Services Basic
One Greater Giving consultant will attend one fundraising event for your organization and provide the following services:
- Pre-Event: Discuss details of event up to a week prior of event date.
- Assist with Data Entry as needed.
- Arrive 2 hours prior to event registration.
- Set up and test Auctionpay Terminals or Card Readers.
- Train volunteers/staff on using Auctionpay Terminals or Card Readers.
- Train volunteers/staff on the Event Software for the smoothest Check-in and Check-out possible.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout your event.
- Stay at your event until Check-out.
- Print Reports as requested.
- Discuss event results and offer suggestions for improvements (if requested)
