What is My Agreement?

Your agreement is a unique document signed by an authorized member of your organization. This agreement outlines multiple different aspects of your account with Greater Giving, including what products you have, what fee structure you are using, and any special exceptions worked out for your organization. If you have questions about your agreement, you can always contact us via our Agreements Form, Support Chat or email us at support@greatergiving.com to discuss that. Please note that Greater Giving will only discuss the agreement with authorized financial members. If you need to update your contacts, see our Updating Your Information.
